I've spent more than ten years in the online space. Most of the last several have been behind the scenes of coaching and creative businesses, running the operations, the social, and the hundred invisible things that keep a business from falling apart. I've watched brilliant founders burn out not because their business was failing, but because it was working and they were the only thing holding it together.
I'm also a military spouse and a mom, which means my life comes with its own chaos built in. Moves on short notice. Deployments. A family calendar that has opinions. I learned pretty fast that the only systems worth building are the ones that keep running when life doesn't cooperate. That's what I build for my clients now.
Unchaotically doesn't mean calm. It doesn't mean perfect, either. It means the chaos is real and you've stopped letting it drive.
