Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026. This policy explains what information Kimber, Unchaotically ("I," "me") collects on unchaotically.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

  • Your email address, when you join the list, the HUMAN Program waitlist, or ask for your Chaos Check fixes. This is handled by Kit (kit.com), my email provider.
  • Booking details such as your name, email, and anything you share in the intake questions when you book a call. This is handled by Cal.com.
  • Payment details if you buy a service. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic, anonymous site statistics such as page views, collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
  • Chaos Check answers are calculated in your browser and are not stored or sent to me unless you choose to share them.

How I use it

To send the emails you asked for, schedule and hold calls, deliver services you've purchased, answer your questions, and understand which parts of the site are useful. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the service providers listed above, who help me run the business, or when required by law.

Your choices

  • Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
  • You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing kimber@unchaotically.com. I'll respond within 30 days.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Email me and I'll honor them.

How long I keep it

Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Client and payment records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 16. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
